Always practice fire safety when burning candles! Keep them away from drafts, vibrations, children, and pets. Never burn a candle near anything flammable. Never leave a candle unattended and avoid moving or carrying hot containers. To extinguish, use a snuffer, never blow it out. Never use water! Do Not Eat Candles! Candles Are Not Edible!
Trim wick to 1/4 inch before lighting. Keep candle free of any foreign materials including matches and wick trimmings. Only burn the candle on a fire-resistant surface. Do not burn candles for more than 4 hours at a time.

Welcome — we’re glad you shopped with Forget Me Not Candle Creations. Because every candle we make is custom crafted to order, please read our refund policy carefully.
Our policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for custom-made candles.

Burned or used candles are not eligible for refund or exchange.
Why?
Each piece we create is made to your specifications (size, scent, color, décor). Once made and/or burned, the product cannot be resold or returned to inventory. This allows us to keep offering unique, handmade work while maintaining quality.
Damaged or defective on arrival
We stand behind our craftsmanship. If your candle arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

We will review your case and — when applicable — offer a replacement, store credit, or another solution. Note: we may ask for additional photos or for return of the item (at our expense) before issuing a replacement.
Shipping issues
If a package is clearly tampered with in transit, or shows shipping damage, please keep all packaging and take photos. Contact us within 48 hours so we can file a claim with the carrier if necessary.
